Prepare to rock harder this month when AC/DC and The Who both descend upon the Verizon Center (albeit separately—the early-to-rise capital probably couldn’t handle them at the selfsame show). AC/DC takes to the stage first—on March 17. The banging Australian band will play sans founding member Malcolm Young (due to his current failing health), but will still no doubt take us for a fun ride down the Highway to Hell. The following week, English rock gods The Who perform together—for what is PR-promised to be the final time—on March 24. Over 50 years, the band has brought us iconic classics like “Magic Bus,” “Who Are You?” and this writer’s personal favorite, “Won’t Get Fooled Again.” March 17, 24.

Never miss a story.
