Housemade lobster gnocchi

Ali Sadeghi opened Grille 620, a casual/fine dining hybrid in Turf Valley, two years ago this October. A restaurant career veteran, Sadeghi has owned the River Hill Sports Grille in Clarksville for six years. He knows/loves fresh fish, steak, chops—and believes, “We missed those in the county.” Looking for a lucky name, Sadeghi dubbed the now well-at-tended (but still unknown by many) restaurant for his oldest daughter, Hannah, now 11. Chef Fabio Mura, originally from Sardinia, serves up Sadeghi’s straightforward favorites and specialty items (though “he alone makes his lobster gnocchi from scratch!”) with an olive oil-infused Mediterranean flair. “You can be as healthy as you want,” says Sadeghi. Order the swordfish grill and a side of broccolini or throw caution to the (cholesterol) wind with a T-bone rib-eye decked with mac ‘n’ cheese and Lyonnais potatoes. (Weekend brunch adds comfy chicken and waffles to the mix.) Toast well: 620 boasts the largest selection of bourbon in the county and the tables are built of aged bourbon barrel wood.
