Spring is full of fashionable fêtes—and Harbor East has got you covered. We asked Megan McCloskey, director of marketing for the shops, to help us nab the perfect look for a spring soirée. McCloskey pulled several lovelies, like a red-and- white floral number from Sassanova (trend report: red floral is huge this season) and light blue jewels from Amaryllis.

ENGAGING: Bride-to-be Elizabeth Totten (who does double duty as a University of Maryland School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation grad student and as an academic program specialist for University of Baltimore) beams in this modern take on ‘50s chic—an ideal look for the wedding guest or cocktail partier. The piece’s classic cut gives Totten a sexy look that’s sophisticated, too; the blue earrings add a touch of romance; her brown peep toes keep things sweet and simple.
“The outfit made me feel powerful and pretty,” Totten said. “The print made me feel feminine. [Which] contrasted with the daring zipper on the back.” Oh, that gold zipper running straight down—talk about fierce.

DETAILS: Tropezienne Date Dress by Yoana Borasch, available at Sassanova ($370). Ring ($285) (pictured on cover), earrings ($110), bracelet ($225) available at Amaryllis. Similar shoes can be found at J. Crew and Madewell.
