Responsible for pollinating 30 percent of the world’s crops, bees are the unsung heroes of the culinary universe. Barr Hill vodka, from Vermont’s Caledonia Spirits, is crafted from honey cultivated on site of their sustainable distillery. Their Barr Hill gin adds raw honey just before bottling to impart unique floral qualities. Allow your dinner guests to pick their poison with this refreshing cocktail that complements most any fare.
